A coach uses training and specific specialized skills to support you in gaining clarity and confidence in your performance. Coaching is for a specified period of time, is well-structured, and is focused on tasks to achieve results.
Neither a coach nor a mentor deals with behavioral issues or personality disorders. That is the role of a counselor.
Healing Groups are confidential 12-week, trademarked small groups that help us to go beyond self-discovery giving us the tools to walk in freedom and joy beneath the surface of our pain.
- You need to widen your skill field;
- You are willing to overcome the obstacles that do not meet your expected success;
- You desire to improve new skills, performance, or knowledge;
- You are able to work independently and are motivated toward change without needing a lot of structured direction;
- You are willing to be vulnerable relationally;
- You desire check-ins or occasional touches to maintain direction.
You need coaching if:
- You are seeking a professional who can help you develop relevant competencies with the help of specialized tools in a short period of time;
- You have talent and ability but the current situation/condition does not meet your expectations;
- You are implementing a new skill or process (i.e. healing, purpose, relational health, etc.);
- You desire structured direction to achieve the desired goal;
- You are willing to work the healing process through leadership.
The mentoring process lasts from months to years. Instead of regular sessions the relationship continues to grow and is given challenges while the client checks in as needed as they continue to improve in their own journey. Mentoring sessions are once per week for the first four weeks.  Afterward, sessions are twice a month then as needed based on agreement.
Due to the Covid pandemic, discounts and payment options are available.
Group members are pre-screened before joining.
If you are having financial hardships due to Covid, arrangements can be made. Let us know.

“I love learning how to face past behaviors and thought life that kept me a slave to fear. Coaching added many tools to my toolbox, including accepting hardships as a pathway to peace and accepting the hurts of the past. I’d tell anyone interested in coaching to get ready to experience some healing and freedom!” Michelle J.
